I am currently, but this is ending soon. Starting May 18th, 2026 I will be an out-of-network provider with insurance networks. This means you will be a private pay client and may receive insurance reimbursement depending on your plan once I provide you with a superbill that can be submitted after our session. $150 per session or one of my sliding scale fees which range from $75-$150.

Yes! I am a provider for Lyra EAP. If you already know you have Lyra and are in Missouri, Illinois, or Texas then we can work together. If you aren’t sure if your employer offer Lyra EAP benefits, check with your HR department. Many large corporations use Lyra.

I do not have a physical office for sessions. All sessions are virtual for people anywhere in Missouri, Illinois, and Texas.

Thrizer is a company that I use that can help you submit your Superbills to your insurance to be applied towards your out-of-network deductible, get you your reimbursement and run your payment for the session.

If you are not interested in submitting anything to your insurance for possible reimbursement, you do not have to.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Sometimes we do run a little over. If we are doing an EMDR extended session then it can be 3 hours or 5 hours.

To start out we usually see each other weekly, but we can adjust the frequency over time depending on your progress. I also offer bi-weekly sessions (every other week).

That is totally determined by your goals, the intensity of what you’re going through, and the progress that we are able to make based on a variety of factors, including if we’re seeing each other weekly or bi-weekly. If you are using your Lyra EAP benefits then it may be influenced by how many sessions your receive through your employer.
